    Awful awful bank and I'm going to switch to another very soon. I have banked with them for a few years only because my family banks with them & it's time for me to part ways. I have been without a debit card for MONTHS now because of them, instead, they kept giving me hell/runarounds & I STILL do not have a debit card. Why does it take over 2 months just to have a card? Do they honestly believe people have the time/gas to drive that far, only to be told that they can't help you with your issue, but come in another day? Also, this ridiculous monthly charge for being broke (they clearly don't care for college students/young people) & another new monthly charge for a paper statement that I don't need. This bank & it's services is a huge JOKE. If you bank with them, I urge you to carry your business elsewhere.

    I like banking at Woodforest National Bank, regardless of how far I have to travel to bank with this particular branch; but, I find it very disturbing to call this branch to ask about information Western Union transfers, and the young lady tells me to ask Western Union. What?!?!?! Next, I asked her, what is the process you have to go through online to receive money from Western Union, she answers, you have to just go online and follow the steps. At this point, I am proud of myself for keeping calm, and finally asked her if there is anyone else there at the branch who can answer my questions. She goes, "uhmmmm.....no....", I just say thank you, and hung up. I just don't understand how you can be working for a bank, but be unaware of the services they provide to their customers.....
